So if it was registered for private placement with cost at first $20,000 and then changed to $10,000 per unit, and a unit can't be split
How can it be for public over the counter sale at chump change prices?

And as many times as people have said they are reporting it to the SEC, why hasn't the SEC shut the sale of it down?
