Is that the same chain? That release is from 09 and they said product would be in the store in Q1 of 2010.

The more I look at this the more scared I become of my investment.

Yes - that is where I remember it from. But by private label, are they referring to the store's label or Identa's label? Either way, the details are fuzzy as always.

I recall Identa did the same for several other customers most notably US military if not mistaken. At the end of the day it took a year for this chain to look at samples. D'oh boy...
