Yea I did read it, a week ago. What did you expect them to say, We see potential problems closing this merger so we are allotting ourselves another 5 weeks to fix them. Come on man, you know this merger has been going on since January. We were told the middle of Feb that it was in the final stages and should complete on the 28th. I am telling you this right now, take it for what it's worth.. If they try to extend this again, it's going to be lights out.

The whole problem was they told us that they will finalize the merger on April 5th and then said it will be sooner than that so everyone now wants it done sooner or now or tomorrow.

If it is not sooner then they will look bad.

They should just say April 5th and IF it is done earlier then release the news and surprise us.

But what do I know????

So why is it's so hard to let us know things are going smoothly still? Release the float, and pat us on the back.
