I actually bought the car with about 27K miles...it now has a little over 31,600 miles. So we're over both the time table (Jan 8) and miles. Another problem that I have is that I have no documentation saying that I have taken it to the dealer before the 90 days or 4K miles. My earliest "documentation" is from Friday (97 days). But I definitely have taken the car to him (dealer) 6 times before I went to the Saturn delearship. Do I still have a case?
