Sorry, but I think everything is wishful thinking here.....

Everything? .... is a mighty absolute word - sort of like Always and Never.

Some folks are going to wait for a final decision on the bankruptcy emergence to buy in... others are going to see a PR for this company for the first time - hopefully announcing emergence...

Not saying that your speculations are not correct, just saying that nothing is set in stone either way... hence the nature of stocks...

Why i'll tell you why, it comes in stages it don't come all at once like impatient penny trader what it to happen, it comes in stages, have you not ever played a great stock? If so did it go from the low to the high in one day? No it didn't, investors buy in stages, with unfolding events and revenue's, now use your imagination, when this all comes to past on a time line. I'm here for the long haul. If i live that is. You never know. When you get my age especially.

So.. lets see here:

most have no clue what it really takes to move to a higher exchange

QSGIQ does. Read the DD.

Lawsuits can take years....who is going to wait around on that..

Traders on higher exchanges invest in companies for years, and groups that trade specifically Q stocks.

Check out the accumulation trend over the last several weeks. Certainly there have been flippers and day traders, but there has also been a huge amount of shares that have been bought up and held tightly by long term shareholders. Next, check out the daily volumes since the last 52-week high. Those daily volumes have been nothing. The only reason this stock has been in a holding pattern is because there are still numerous day traders and flippers who are satisfied with measly gains and really have no clue about the events yet to unfold with QSGI in just a matter of days.
