I agree completely...the stock very often shakes down before news. I guess that allows the MM's who are likely in the know, to add shares for supplying the rally at a profit....and it's the perfect way to fleece retail...get em to sell low and buy back higher! The human/emotion side of investing never changes...which is the basis of the value of TA.
