Thanks for proving the point that Calvin Ross has gone absolutely nowhere, and that he will always be HFBG. You blew the Foodtown deal wide open and proved they were lying and now you have once again proved they were lying about Ross leaving. Well, anyone with common sense knows that Ross and Giovanni Luciano have all the voting preferred shares and it's their company... so in the real world (not la la land where some live), no celebrity endorser with no majority ownership of common shares, no voting preferred shares, and who is not even an insider or executive with the company can walk in off the street and start running someone else's business.
IF someone thinks they can do a better job running a company, they go open their OWN business and compete... they don't and can't just take over someone else's business. If anyone thinks that LJ took over, then they're just in so deep and underwater with their position that they want to believe he took over... and they want new investors to believe the cancer is gone. It's not!
Also, for those who think LJ brought this mysterious Thomas W. Love III in when LJ rushed through the doors and like a gangsta took over the company (haha), Love was listed as having worked with Pit Bull. That is another Calvin Ross venture. So, Love is a Ross crony not an LJ crony. I still want to see a picture of Love with his driver's license in hand. I want to see a quote in a Press Release by Love. I want to see a public SEC document where the company names Love and states for the SEC that Ross is gone and LJ has taken over.
For a company that some are saying is doing it the right way now, why no SEC filed docs? Why not file and make the Ross resignation real instead of just some website statement that lasted a few days b/c they found out you can't just toy with things that require SEC docs? There may very well be a man named Thomas W. Love III who is now hanging out at HFBG, but I guarantee he is NOT what they made him out to be in the January PR. A man who fits that resume would be mentioned somewhere, would have a picture somewhere, would be known by the people he helped increase sales by hundreds of millions of dollars for... but these companies have never heard of the guy. How about this... if HFBG is so transparent now (laughing out loud while typing this), let shareholders know what company Love actually did this work through... because it wasn't ANY of those companies directly... except maybe at Pit Bull wayyyy back when Ross was there. They haven't heard of him either, so it would have had to have been back when Ross was there.
And finally... LJ can do a million interviews about his basketball career and make a brief mention about the tea because it's not his company... so if it never happens and it's never on shelves, he can say I was just the celebrity endorser... it's not my fault the company never got it done. See everyone involved with HFBG always has an out and a way to blame someone else. Unfortunately in the fray, shareholders and new investors have become mesmerized by the mere mention of Larry Johnson. Wake up call... HFBG is a beverage company not a celebrity management company. So stop drooling over LJ and wake up and realize that the company doesn't make one penny of revenue off of selling LJ (they make plenty diluting off of your drool though) and shareholders don't make one penny until they sell beverages and lots of them.
