When should the shares be retired from the market. Im convinced the market makers should walk the stock up 60% in order for OTOW to maintain its current market cap, Am i wrong in saying this?

What I like about this is the increase of volume. It reminds me of BULM, where great news was released yet the market didn't seem to react until the next trading day. I think that this may be the case here. Retiring so many shares is big. Well, big to me. With the recent devloplments and approvals, this one is geared for a BIG run. MACD swinging up, Full stoich is bouncing from the bottom, and our RSI looks beautiful. 5 and 10 DMA ready to cross bullishly.

I loaded BIG today at .018, .016, and .0159. In those orders too. GLTA. Everything IMO.
