Say what you want about Menon, but Cellceutix did include this in their PR: The Company plans to file an Investigational New Drug (IND) application with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in May 2011, with human trials to begin thereafter.

I didn't even know they had their pre-IND meeting yet? (sarcasm)
