I couldn't agree more. I just turned the spotlight on our ESHC because it is important that their competence shine through to those that may be making a decision between competing offers. If I have deduced this correctly, the Altus settlement approved by Judge T represents the old guard and their limited DD and mgmnt abilities. Then there may be the ESHC challenge to Altus, possibly with the blessings and input of the USC, who have demonstrated outstanding ability to make things happen. We don't have to make Chuck & Frank & Lee etc look good. They have done that themselves. All we have to do, IMO, is turn the lights on them.
