You keep beatin' a dead horse. Look at the chart. The Seller has been hitting every bid since .0049 in the last 1-2 months. Nothing has stopped him. What makes you think .0015 is the magical number? AGAIN, w/o news, he's gonna keep taking out the bid. How more plain does it need to be said?
