Not quite yet IMO. The brokerages are all still showing a Market Cap of only $4M. If that were true, I would even consider it cheap for this Sillerman deal, just on his name alone. I have done a lot of DD and know better. A lot of other people have done the same.
BUTT!!! there are still a lot of people out there thinking this is a $4M Cap. I have witnessed the "phenomenon" soooo many times before. When they find out, even though they hold a minority of the shares, it is outside the "threshold" of the ability of the stock to be propped up. IMO, that is when it will drop like a rock. Until then it will be a slow decline.
Even after losing more than 80% from the high from a month ago, this company is still REALLY valued at a $1.3B cap and that is just way too optimistic for a company startup w/o a product IMO.
