I'm not sure what you mean by "chippies."

But my take is that after the October/November 2010 "pump" the stock reached a high and has fallen steadily since then. We tested a low of $0.90 a few days ago and then there was another press release touting a "capital market plan" which may account for teh small bounce. But there was no substance to the plan and, in point of fact, it had rather scary words about a corporate acquisition if warranted. Remember these guys have enough insider votes to do almost anything they want, including the acquisition of one of Mr. Rayat's other penny stock companies.

I believe that this stock is heading back from whence it came, i.e., $0.50 per share. Why? No real substance to what is going on. Remember tha trelease about the "working prototype" 1 sq. foot panel? did you notice that it didn't say anything about how well it worked. If one lousy electron came out under full solar illumination I suppose that might qualify as "working."

I think what we are seeing is people are looking more critically at the information from NENE and making more informed decisions.
