Hawk I agree. He and his lawyers said again should close by March 27. Now that doesn't mean it will 100% for sure. It is a merger and IMO still could take longer. The future though is clear IMO. Have one with Owens as CEO after merger or stay like we are and die. Next months or months but QASP has no money after what Dean did to do anything on it own IMO. Dean squandered any chance to fund grow with stock. He issued 1.5 billion and gave us nothing for a company with a future without this merger.
