Who cares if it keeps bleeding down? if the merger is completed on time, the shareprice right now means nothing.

Most mergers take months to complete. I would really love to see one merger between a multi million dollar company that took "a few days"

I agree been in this since January. Since then, I am in a couple of stocks that have merged, neither one of them were waiting on "auditors". Getting impatient here.
