From what I understand, he kept changing the wording over and over again. And people finally got to the point where they just signed off on it.

But yeah, what's to say it won't happen again? Nothing. Same as what's to say it won't happen with Scott's new company should that come to fruition? We don't know.

This time around this effort needs to be by a GROUP of shareholders not just 2 guys. When the initiative started last time there were a lot of people willing to be involved...... until the lawsuits started flying and then only the Rat and I were left standing.

I couldn't agree with you more Vicster!! How anyone could let this crooked clown CEO take charge is beyond me. I don't want to trash Laser, but boy would I like for him to elaborate on how this happened. And I, much like you, would want some sort of assurance that this wouldn't happen again.

Having said that, it would still be great if you pledged shares.
