no...totally aware of that...but there will be major cut backs on those subsidies and guarantees in the very near future...gov't cant afford $25 subsidies per mega watt hour and with the possibility of increase in EV sales that charge will be passed further down on the consumer...just check out LA...they've increased taxes to cover the solar subsidies costs already
