My Best Guess is; The letter went out to the OTC Markets on Feb 24th (Thurs) by FedEx, received Friday. Probably went into processing a week later, March 4th (FRI)

IMO By EOW the 11th PGPM Current info on OTC, 2 sets of Financials and a PR that will coincide with the protests in Saudi Arabia and OIL going to $200 .

This is Just my Opinion, But I like it!
