True, often these rumors are just that, rumors. In the case of CCME it would proof the legitimacy of the company if FCMN buys a few shares at these prices so no matter how much cash they have that would certainly a very good news but at this moment it's all fiction only so far.

Amazing that the put premiums remain extremely high.

Its probably not a secondary, just an open market purchase. Pretty basic imo.

The cash is not "needed" but it give validity to the company--in a year the company can offer to buy them back
