Strong longs now holding - which would be the same effect.

(should have said we are seeing same 3 Effects here -- not direct exactly the same mechanism / motiviation) -- for VW accumulation (holding long shares) was about Porsche needing to control 75% of stock. for CCME accumulation (holding long shares) appears to be about realizing value and watching the squeeze.
