Well that makes sense, doesnt it ? I believe the big guys dont wanna risk their big capital because of MM strategies. BB is more of a guarantee for SP stability. Pinksh is a constant war betwn shorts and longs. It all depends on how much the longs own in shares. If they buy up the lion's share of the float and keep it in place the shorts would be gradually eradicated. If dilution happens stocks need to be bought up by longs again to remain the head over MMs and not the tail.
