Because DirectTv is a seperate negotiation. It is so obvious that the cat was let out of the bag by mistake. This is going to force Q to either come out with some announcements sooner or just not comment at all. He could do that easily. All he has to do is site the privacy and non disclosure pacts signed with anyone he is negotiating with. However, there is no doubt this article will force Q to respond one way or another.
Last post today cause I only have 3, but In the next paragraph after they are talking about the On Demand stuff, made me think that that is what they were reffering to at least, regarding that particular statement.
