pire .. Everything is under 'forward looking statements'. Some companies post 'have dones', others 'intend tos'. The have dones could be lies or truths, the intend tos could be lies or become truths. I think I have noticed that BRAV speaks in terms of 'the Board' in his PR for the 1st time so the last PR on the issue of up listing must have been decided upon by multiple parties. Those other parties are all prefs and restric shares and I firmly believe they wanna see some yeast in the dough.
