A lot of the people who play the pumps or watch the pumps can point to the last PR.

I feel like they rushed that PR to save the stock price,I do not believe they were ready to execute all the proof that is needed

Agree 420% -- I think they are mindful or the sp. Anything below .034 throws off the 30 to 1 ratio of the new shares, if there are any new shares.

The current price allows them some breathing room and maybe pay a few bills.

Also a good time to load up on CBIS's JV partner, nearing their low.
