Different points of view are essential to understanding, evolution, and the strengths of one's own convictions.
Absolutely.......allow me to give you mine in a nutshell. My nature is to root for the underdog. In the current scenario....it's the working man and woman.
Having children encouraged me to try to break things down to their simplest components. My political and economic point of view can be summed up in one word.......fairness. I see any attempt to add more words.....to quantify or qualify that notion......as a disingenuous, intellectual ruse based on greedy, irrational self-interest.
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is another way to put it.......fine words..... We say them but we don't live them.
