Con, why do you think it would be a good investment if they even would have received FDA approval for their latest device/contraption?

They received FDA approval on the DSU filter before the recent rejected one, and still could not market it successfully. Management has shown that even if they do get approval, they will still lose money.

Now, i do at least agree with you that this is no pinksheet level security. Not comparable at all. These guys are at least doing something.

Also, i used to be a very long long (was in this for over a year, bought over 2 years ago). Had an original investment average of .98 and watched it grow upwards of $3 ish, and watched it evaporate. I have always closely read every PR, quarterly and yearly, and my analysis at one point got myself out at 1.20 on the button for a decent gain, but not near the gain i could have had.

I tried to short this just above a dime, to no avail. I still watch this, as i was in this for a long, long time so their is some emotion attached to it. I always watch my stocks that i was in heavy for a long period of time.
