Another thing to consider is the BOD; they are no different than us as the pps sinks. What are they saying to Briscoe? What are they thinking? What do they know, in fact? All said, insiders may grumble just as others are doing. The reason I mention this is because Mr. Briscoe has a duty to the BOD. And as the BOD, including Mr. vollmer, looks over the performance of the stock, they will act on our behalf. So, I feel it is safe to say that we are spoken for by the board of directors. Too, I am sure that any questions we may have are the same questions being asked by the BOD. In summary, I feel that all we can do is to wait just like the BOD is doing. We are all in this together.

LBSR is in no hurry to finalize a deal with NAK until all other possibilities are exhausted. The good thing is his partnership with NAK right now is leverage in scouting out other interested parties.


VERY IMPORTANT STRATEGIC CONSIDERATION!! This is consistent with JB's personality as described by HKipp this weekend.
