Jagman......don't disagree much there. However, the OTCBB CEO's sign off on the same disclosures as the others.
And the OTCBB still appears to be quite heavily manipulated vis-a-vis the larger exchanges, as in the example where an individual purchased all of the shares of an OTCBB company, only to find millions more being "traded" shortly thereafter.
What I have a real problem with is the pink-sheet stocks, which basically have no financial reporting requirements, and the companies seem to rarely provide even legitimate O/S numbers. That leaves the door open for all kinds of trickery.
Which is why I, personally, would not invest in any non-reporting companies.
