Comparing the 2 charts you show and it is showing what i am getting on other indexes and that is mixed signals-- in your case Williams and slow sto max down but RSI and CCI lagging behind--interesting situation.
Here is INDU weekly back to 1993 showing RSI14, RSI5 and MACD.

oops, i corrected that last chart such that it is now weekly INDU back to 1993. RSI14 and RSI5 not oversold, and MACD far from it.
I am thinking in the intermediate term INDU has potential to hit 9600.
