.....here we go again DA is getting ready to get ready! Heck I don't get it...all he has to do is start filing NO MATTER WHAT exchange he plans to move to....but what really baffles me is that he hasn't already pinned down which market he's moving to. So try this DA....get yer filings current , nurse the profitability for the next year and if you are hitting your proforma numbers then move to the NASDAQ and don't look back....AND if it takes a little longer then stick it out in FULLY-REPORTING pinkie land....simple! It kinda sounds like DA is setting us up for another increase in O/S because us unsophisticated investors can't get the s/p high enough for DA to finance through this market.
BTW, I don't see a fit at all with the TSX as it's largely a commodity's exchange and I think you need an American market to launch and support this type of industry. Besides DA can always dual list MDXX on both exchanges.
