RMTD ArrivalStar Has No Case - Patent number: 6748226/ Filing date: Dec 23, 1998/Assignees: Minorplanet Systems USA, Inc. Issue date: Jun 8, 2004 Application number: 9/219,113
ArrivalStar is a Patent Troll, if they were worried about patent infringement.... they would of came at Remote Dynamics long ago. But they are after the Telogis money, thats why they are here now. In my opinion they would lose that case with Remote Dynamics, because RMTD is not the one that infringed anything..... Plus Minorplanet's patents were on file before ArrivalStar's.
But regardless, it is a money making business model.... and I wouldn't mind if they took RMTD as whole.

If anything ArrivalStar is infringing on Minorplanet's patents, and RMTD should take them to court. Regardless RMTD would win with a jury trial- IMO
