Scale....Nope, no opinion. Look at the SEC Filings and the rise in issued and outstanding shares. Since you say officers and directors haven't been selling the S8 shares I can only be left to believe the three (3) employees are....I do not agree that Dave doesn't care about the PPS. It's part of his Fiduciary duty as CEO and he damned well better care!!!
