Gene 2 yrs ago you were flat out conned out of your money. You need to get legal council to make sure you get paid in full based on the verbal agreement from Gil and GSi. Also the venture partners should be made aware of this agreement as it effects the transaction that is hopefully to take place. GENE GO GET YOUR MONEY!
