2) Artificially raise the share price to get in buyers
3) Create Hype about the company
4) It could be anything, the fact of the matter is I don't know why he lied or if he has lied about anything else, but he HAS indeed lied about the Rite Aid deal.
Why would he stay quiet all this time if he hasn't? You don't think a PR was due March 1st or March 2nd to the latest about the Rite Aid deal?
