I advise anyone that is part of this DTCC Chill Order to follow the advice of the CEO from the February PR. I just sent ETRADE my request to have the Chill Order lifted. My understanding is that is the method to get the DTCC to review for possible reinstatement per the PR.

If you're long and your brokerage uses the DTCC, what have you got to lose?
