There is no dip @ .0011. it was last traded between .0015 and .0016. Dip can be only if have it then between .0014 and .0015. that time trading will be @ .0015 level on Ask price. It will go up again. In the dip level only last week bid level can become ask and the selling will be @ ask price. Next week majority buying and selling will be @ ask price. Everyone know when selling and buying both has nature @ ask price that time stock will give you DIP or KISS. I will buy @ ask on Monday early.
