Jim you must be a freaking genius or psychic if with the official, public info we have you can say ... I Know what i have, i know where we are going . You must be guessing and that is not knowing.

No one so far has been able to tell us what we have and where it is going based on DD. That is what I am tired of. The lack of info Gene is willing provide his shareholders.

Good point:

The SEC alleges that Gendarme repeatedly acquired deeply discounted shares from penny stock issuers

Sounds to me like RCCH helped Gendarme to stay under the 5% Threshold Rules with those repeated sales of deep discounted shares.
