Gimme a break! It's well known throughout the industry... and law-enforcement... who signed... and even created... that damned certificate. And, I'm sure that fact has been known by the proper authorities since Jeff alerted them about the entire Dean debacle. I'm somewhat surprised that a person with your impeccable DD skills and abilities took such a long time to scope it out!

Of course, there can be NO OTHER signature on that document other than the renowned... Lamont Cranston!
