I think there are sales reps but for the most part unless it is big in-house accounts the Affiliates will bring in many connections that lead to more and so on.
He is giving up 50% to Affiliates for e-connect and that is a huge motivating factor and a way that many can make a very nice living. That is the point to the Affiliate program. Create an environment that makes everyone a salesman instantly, you get a back office and all the support you need to be an expert with the technology very quickly all they need from you is the connection to the client.
Just think if you only had 100 clients you would be making $2500 dollars a month for as long as they were hooked up. When this takes off in other MLM communities it will go very fast, say you have 500 in your downline thats an additional $12,500.00 per month to you and it makes your team much more effective. It then becomes deductible as a business expense and can be used for all kinds of personal uses.
This is what they are touting right now in the MLM world and what we have is far more detailed and useful in my opinion.
