#34909 RE: dwolf #34908

Once the illegal shares are cancelled and returned to treasury, DVFI will have only 300M in the OS, the A/S will or should be quickly changed to 750M shares, then I see the shell selling for $200,000 grand or .0007 per share. 200,000K is a drop in the bucket as opossed to what it costs to take a company public via IPO. Then its all up the the new owners (1) will they dilute and run ? - or - (2) issue news and try and build value and get the stock trading at 5M market cap or .015 cents per share. If the new owners do not lower the AS its a good sign they plan to dilute. If they lower the AS, its a very good sign they plan to build market share. 90K is way too low for a shell, but it also depends on the share structure. With 300M shares O/S, someebody will pay 200,000 in a heartbeat for this especially when the AS is already set to 5 billion. Selling 4 billion shares at .0001 will quickly raise 40 milllion dollars, then they reverse split and do it again,
