Refreshing, Kingpin, to see some here still doing DD, looking for news, rather than simply back-biting, bitching. Thanks for your double input today.

Cheers,

". So far they haven’t declare commercialism those are the commitment for exploration phase one in these blocks, those commitment were completely met in time with budget and this is taking place in deep offshore."

If one reads between the verbiage, one can read that 1)oil is not in the equation.2)that ERHE will certainly need to dilute to get any additional funds to diversify.3)that,in diluting, our share value will diminish in accordance with such dilution. 4) SEO is using our funds to further his own agenda, which is to be the facilitator and provide gas pipeline.Interestingly,SEO's focus of his company has always been gas,not oil...coincidence? maybe, maybe not.

what is the date of the article? Where did you find it? Interesting that they are negotiating on three different properties without telling us.

a few comments:

1) the part where he talks about the "business model"... he talks as if they have actually executed it and done it many times over. except for the fact that this business model has NEVER been executed.

2) it's clear that there are no grand conspiracies like doubleAA, bb, seek and amj like to put out there regarding phase 1. gas was found but that's it. it is encouraging that it seems like phase 2 will be a go

3) my concern is that they are trying to downplay the jdz and talk up these new marginal fields. i wish they would just stick to the jdz/eez.

4) PN doing these interviews always makes me angry. he's simply not competent and comes off as if he's patting himself for a job well done (a job he has never done)

Excellent posting Kingpindg.

I'd venture to say these bits of info are as useful as any we've heard from the company in the past year: 1. we simply found gas - no oil; and 2. on our future plans - we're still trying to buy into marginal fields and are talking to three parties (but not Shell properties). 3. we're supposed to start Phase II in the JDZ in March.

I'm not attempting to continue the constant harping on Netephe, etc, but will say that IMO it's sad that PN isn't as stright with shareholders as he is with this reporter.

Note to PN. Shareholders (and not just EO) should have heard this info from you first. Do your job and keep the shareholders interests in front of all else.

Read everything Peter says and it's not hard to figure out why this stock tanks, every time he opens his trap..

<<For instance, if we hold 20 per cent and the cost of the well is $10 million then it means we have to release our own $2 million to execute the job. That is centrally our business model.>>

I really don't know what to think of this comment. Maybe he thinks that he is the only person in the world with an education.

Excellent article Kingpindg, sounds to me that I was correct is stating that Peter Ntephe is leading ERHC during the period of its greatest success due to the Phase I drilling, and also actively studying and negotiating opportunities to diversify ERHC's holdings.

Do you have the date this was published?

with all the articles stating that ERHC was in the bidding for OML 40, does anyone else find it strange that just like that...we supposedly never were? I wonder if PN tried to raise money but realized (smartly this time) that it would be way too costly...I am guessing at 10 cents a share or less. Or maybe no one was even willing this time? just find it odd when most sources were saying it was "Offor's ERHC" and not "Offor's Chrome".
