Adequate disclosure:comprehensive and clear disclosure in the body of financial statements, footnote , or supplemental schedules so that readers of a company's financial position and operating results can make proper investment and credit decisions.

Does this mean we will get financial updates from SKGO acquisitions, and perhaps future projections? Will we finally see what sahn tech is up too?

After doing some research on other stocks that MMG mentioned this same phrase about, it looks like posting "new adequate disclosure" on OTCMarkets means updating the filings and bringing the stock current, and possibly even posting the latest financials...

IMO, SKGO is updating pinksheets before the merger news is released in order to make it more legitimate.
