Come on BGMO_MOFO

That is merely a company written PR from 9 months ago where the leadership of your former "investment" tries to explain why their big deal failed. It doesnt say anything of absolute value...really. It doesnt say why it failed, what the so-called "personal expenses" were, or really anything else relevant. I wonder why there hasnt been any followup PRs in the last 9 months, why Newby is still around if such a criminal or why I am so blessed to have you looking out for my investment.

The thing is...GEC, unlike BGMO, has not posted any money to these guys so we do not have anything to lose. Like I said in my previous post, we were happy yesterday with our investment and if this fails then we will be in no worse a position than we were in before the announcement... BUT ...if it is real then we are looking good.

My guess, most of our new friends will disappear as quickly as they arrived...we'll see.

Excellent post - I was going to find that link to the Newby email for these nice people, but you saved me the effort. After all, Mr. Newby predicted we'd "remember the name NEWBY & ASSOCIATES, INC." We have.

Some of us got to see the cocky young Mr. Newby live in a video conference with the now-defamed CEO of QASP last July. It's obvious, he's not the brains of the outfit. Our research shows he operates from a cell phone, AOL account (now gmail) from Queens and has not delivered for companies.

He and Vivek Sinha appear to have peddled an allegedly fake SLOC on Foxbank to the CEO of BGMO, which was rejected by banks around the world. The LOC is purportedly drawn on something called Foxbank, a $100 billion entity operating from a Indian reservation, whose CEO is part of the scheme. Now its grown to a trillion? http://foxbank.org/

Out of curiosity, why do you think your company is so lucky to become part of this India solar thermal project where Esoft Informatics is providing the financing and everything else. These sort of deals usually come from Nigeria.
