Flash back one year...... Lee stated in the C.C. Jan 2010 that he was working (DD) with an investment bank on spinning the Malaysian Dairy operation via IPO. HU plant division at the end of 2010. Beef operation in 2012 and would keep controlling interest of all IPO'ed subs.
Also he would hold all new acquisitions for 3 years then spin them once they are "DEBT free and CASH rich as well"
But just like the dividend one needs to double the time estimates
ie "few weeks" but that works with me.
