Seems Dean is out of the picture and Joe is trying to salvage his "shares".

According to Jeff, the shares were never processed correctly. If that is true, then Dean snookered Joe C. However, how strong is Joe C's paper trail.

IMO, Jeff would not hang this out for all to see if he didn't like his position. Joe states that Jeff is no longer the CEO - well then, why is Joe emailing Jeff about the preferreds? Also, why is Joe coming to iHub to try and plead his case if its so solid?
