I remember that one, it was a new type of fuel injector that split the water into atoms separating the hydrogen and oxygen molecules.

forgot the name but he was on youtube showing off his water buggy, he had given a demonstration to the royal navy.

After his death, the injector came up missing and his brother who was with him when he died.
