Your broker must be getting bad data

There is a order from BMAS for 100 shares at $10K, but disregard that.

On TDA LII the bid is $0.0001 and ask is $0.0002. You can see the same thing on OTCMarkets.com

If you really want to buy, put in a limit order to buy at $0.0001 and wait to see if it fills.

If you really, really want to buy and don't want to wait, put in a limit order to buy at $0.0002. You'll pay twice as much, but there's a fairly high chance the buy will execute.
