Rick denied being a hitpiece twice. At least he did not make any new allegations, just rhetoric, so I suppose this does not meet my recently published definition of a hitpiece.

Wish Rick would say what specifically would be restated instead of a generic catchall.

Can anyone, either publicly or privately, tell me what would be restated? Where is the vulnerability?

Only thing I see is a window of chance of being late because of a possible rumored forensic audit and I'm just guessing, not even saying. This would be dispelled by announcing a date certain.
