If his business is still alive (can't remember), really wonder what documents he has had to file IOT to maintain his business?

Would he be paying taxes?
Is he current?
Does he file any form of legal documents with the govt there?

Mean I may travel and stay awhile in China so looking into a potential storage business may be prudent. Would certainly want it to be legit.
