When HDI's Senior Staff (Lena K. Bommerland) pays LBSR claims declaring to the State of Alaska as the AGENT to Big Chunk Corp, don't you think there must have been a WRITTEN LEGAL DOCUMENT indicating such! That is your PROOF for the LOI or JV or whatever you want to call it. It is not necessary to disclose each and every company legal paperwork to the shareholders. No company does that!
